Plant compounds

Plants are at a distinct disadvantage to other living beings : they cannot flee from their enemies to survive. Plants are threatened by smaller and larger herbivores such as grazing animals, insects, caterpillars and other larvae. Also germs like viruses, bacteria, fungus make the plant’s life difficult. For these reasons plants have developed a full range of strategies to ensure protection in spite of the lacking mobility at their location. Man has always made use of these herbal vaccines which have been cultivated over millions of years. PADMA Ltd. too uses the plant intelligence: with the arrival of the herbs, roots, leaves, etc. in our production, the major part of the work for producing a Tibetan recipe is already done by nature.
