Sport
For many people, an active life without sport is unthinkable. Sport activities are healthy and increase the quality of life. Sport is relaxing, harmonising and strengthens the body and has a positive influence on an overall well-being. On the other hand, excessive stress through strenuous or competitive sport, places considerable demands on our body and on our immune system. Long-term damage can be prevented if before and after major physical exertion (e.g. competitions) the body is provided with substances that improve the blood circulation thereby accelerating the elimination of waste substances which rigorous activity releases in large amounts. The result is a shortened regeneration time, muscles remain softer, less cramps and tired legs, less signs of wear such as inflammation of bursae and tendon inserts. To this end anti-inflammatory, circulation enhancing, protective herbal constituents such as polyphenols and essential oils can be applied.
